I felt I had to place an excellent review for the service we received from John in particular as last week I had the delicate matter of selling my aging sister’s Toyota Yaris.Within half an hour they had checked over the paperwork and car and monies we deposited into her bank account without any fuss with a great price.Thanks guys for making a tricky situation seem so simple.

We purchased a used car from Whitestone on line. The car was reserved then delivered on time by their recommended courier. The car was as described and presented in very good order. A small camera fault was spotted by Whitestone and we were informed on delivery. A new part was sent without hesitation. Absolutely chuffed with the Mazda CX-5 I collected today . It is a dream to drive. Got a good deal for my Jaguar against it. It is in really great condition. This has to be the best car dealership I've ever come across. No fuss, No hidden costs, very understanding and a pleasant conversation with Jon. My dream car has and will always be a Lotus Elise. I'm finally in a position to buy one and Jon had the perfect example of one, in near pristine condition, I wanted to part exchange my car, which had a couple of issue's mainly with the paintwork, and Jon gave me a more than fair price for it. Bought a fiat 500 from here cant recommend them enough. I went round a few garages beforehand and being a single woman found the salesmen intimidating and rather sexist. Whereas at whitestone i found the two chaps very approachable and not in the least bit pushy.They were by far the cheapest and with all the extras they threw in im more than happy with the deal i got. Will definitely buy my next car from them.

I purchased a 57 plate Civic from Whitestone a few weeks ago and have been really impressed with their service and helpfulness. The car’s condition considering its age was fantastic and exactly as advertised. Being an older car it had a few niggles here and there but nothing unexpected and nothing to do with the seller. I paid a deposit to reserve the car which also paid for the MOT which meant it was ready for me to drive away on the day or purchase. I would buy a car from these guys any day of the week. They even helped me fill in the TAX details and set this up which I thought was a nice touch. Really easy to deal with, no pressure sales just straight talking and honest which is rare these days. I also had it serviced after buying it at a local garage and found nothing wrong. Thanks very much
