Mediocre service to be VERY honest. I test drove a Peugeot 107 a week ago (early July 2022) and I found that the steering was out of alignment....I was interested in the Peugeot and I had a Mk2 Toyota Aygo to part exchange to free up some cash as mine was much higher specification. After test driving the Peugeot 107 I stated that the steering needed alignment and they stated that they would give the Peugeot 107 a clean MOT, an oil change, an oil filter replacement and wheel alignment if I decided to part exchange with them.... I agreed to part exchange my Toyota Aygo for the Peugeot 107 of which I agreed. A week later I part exchanged 9as agreed) although I was advised by my insurance company that the price of the Peugeot 107 was overpriced and that my Toyota Aygo was worth a lot more than what Whitestone was offering... Whitestone offered me £100 more and I reluctantly accepted the offer. Having collected the car a week later it had a new MOT but the steering alignment had not been rectified as it is still the same so I now have to take it to another garage to get this done, and also i am not sure if the oil had been replaced and oil filter as promised had been sorted...so now I have to again get this rectified myself - albeit Whitestone stated they would sort this prior to me collecting the vehicle. Why state that they would do these jobs when they have no intentions?
I would have thought also that the car would have at least been cleaned and valeted prior to pick up...but again this was not the case. The car drives ok...but very dirty especially the exterior.
To conclude this it seems that the cars they sell are way overpriced and certain issues from the consumer are not addressed and corrected accordingly, and albeit the staff are friendly - at the end of the day they simply want your custom without carrying out certain promises.
